BROWNIE

INGREDIENTES:

** 7 HUEVOS
**.200 GRS DE AZUCAR MASCABADO
**.100 GRS DE NESQUICK EN POLVO
**.100 GRS DE POLVO DE ALMENDRA
**.040 GRS DE HARINA DE TRIGO
**.003 GRS DE POLVO PARA HORNEAR
**.001 GRS DE SAL
**.170 GRS DE MANTEQUILLA POMADA

Procedimiento:

** Batir los huevos junto con el azúcar hasta que estén pálidos
** Adicionar todos los ingredientes secos y batir a velocidad baja hasta integrar
** Por último, añadir la mantequilla y batir rápidamiente solo para integrar y que quede muy cremosa la mezcla.
** Hornear a 170°C sin dejar que se seque.
** Espolvorear con Azucar Glass

OBSERVACIONES:

** Puede poner Nuez picada a la mezcla.
